The Internet Is Rotting

The task was to create a visual metaphor for the article The Internet Is Rotting using Maya and Arnold renderer. This article discusses how information can be easily altered and lost on the internet, which can mean a lot of trouble down the road.

Prior to the internet, we turned to libraries and books for information. With multiple copies of books being printed, its much harder to loose that information. Compared to the internet, a link could break in a second and that information is gone.

Using this, I used a laptop to look like an open book with “pages” infinitely flipping with broken links.
